Template control by contract or cost center. This module allows us to control staff assigned to a cost center or service unit, as well as staff surplus or vacancies. This module offers a staff requirement source with the proper justification of job, shift, position, gender and number of vacancies.

This module allows the customer to control tools in the worker’s hand, office supplies under the responsibility of the employee, as well as cars, mobile phones, etc. that the company assigns or gives the employee or worker for him / her to use. In this module we can control data such as equipment invoice number, dates, insurance policies, insurance expiration dates, vehicle pollution emission checks, etc. It also generates security controls in case of dismissal of the worker or employee because it allows us to monitor or have an impact on the settlement fee, return of tools or equipment in the hands of the employee.

Administration of alimonies. This sub-module allows us to configure deductions to the employee pursuant to the “Notice of Decree” that specifies the percentage to be deducted. This sub-module administers and programs in the payroll process the impact on reception, deposits and accumulated figures.

This module migrates the information sent by IMSS to customers and compares it with the information reported by UA and by the payroll system looking for differences in the general records (name, IMSS number, etc.), as well as wage information (date when notices were presented, wage movements and integration, etc.).

Generation of payroll budget. This module enables us to generate budgets by projected period and concept on a monthly, bi-monthly, six-month and a yearly basis. For some ERPs, the ONCE System generates a budget work sheet at the accounting subsidiary level for its better handling and financial integration. The module allows the user to increase or decrease fringe benefits, personnel, wages or any other deduction or income concept for a better budget administration and projection.

Expatriate management helps us to determine the amount to pay to the expatriates depending on the legal frame applied to their characteristics.

The ONCE System generates all printed, electronic forms and electronic devices required by existing or future authorities (IMSS, ST, Tax Administration, INFONAVIT, etc.) every month, two-months, quarter or year.

The ONCE System allows to send reports in different formats such as, electronic files (Excel, Word, etc.) printed protected files (PDF´s, encrypted, etc.), e-mail reports to each one or all the employees and to systems from a different technological platform.

The ONCE System has proven flexibility and capacity to integrate itself to almost all systems of incidence registration, timeclocks or pre-payroll. It also has automatic interfaces with ERPs such as SAP.

The settlement module allows the customer to settle or compensate an employee, department, branch or the whole company with different termination conditions and situations. Its reverse calculation allows the user to calculate the settlement amount based on an amount already agreed with the employee.
